Disposables Returns Policy (Effective from 5th May)

From 5th May, we will no longer accept returns on orders for disposable products, except where required under statutory rights.

This includes returns due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering errors

  • Surplus stock

Exceptions:
We will continue to process returns or offer replacements only if the items are:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged in transit

In such cases, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, providing photo evidence and a brief description of the issue. We may request the return of the item for inspection.

Free Delivery on orders over £100

Next Day Delivery
Order before 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, for same-day dispatch and next-day delivery.

Saturday Delivery
Order before 4:30 PM on Friday for Saturday delivery (additional charges apply).

Delivery to Ireland
Please allow up to 3 days for delivery.

While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframe, we rely on third-party couriers, and rare delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy is as follows:

  • Faulty Products: Customers have 12 months from the date of purchase to return faulty items for a refund.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
